Each type of coffee or tea has an ideal brewing or steepng temperature. With this kettle, you can choose the ideal temperature for the best flavour.
Turbo-heating boils water in less than 1.5 minutes*
Start brewing fast. Boil 200 ml of water in less than 1.5 minutes* with turbo function. Or select the ideal temperature for coffee, black tea, green tea or matcha.
*Based on internal testing using 200ml of water at initial temperature of 15 degrees in turbo mode. Actual results may vary depending on water volume and starting temperature.

Match the brewing temperature to the beverage
Enjoy better-tasting coffee and tea and better cooking results. Settings go from 40°C to 100°C in 5°C steps. Choose 40° C to melt chocolate, 55–70° for sous-vide, 80° for green tea, 95° for coffee, and all the way up to boiling.
Keeps water warm for 40 Minutes
Maintains a selected temperature for up to 40 minutes. Reheats whenever the temperature drops by 4°C. Ideal for continuous brewing.
